The top layers are engineered for outstanding durability, while the overall system thickness can be customized based on the height of the play equipment ranging from 20 mm to 50 mm to meet specific safety standards.
System Components
A layer of Hoppec Polyurethane Primer is first applied, followed by a mixture of recycled rubber and polyurethane that is manually spread. Colored Hoppec rubber granules are then mixed with polyurethane and spread using a trowel for added protection over the first layer. This mixture is applied over the base layer, followed by a final layer of Hoppec Top Coat.
