Hoppec EP Primer 200 is a transparent, two-component, solvent-free epoxy resin used as a primer to improve the adhesion of final coatings to concrete floors. This product is highly penetrative, enhances durability, and provides excellent chemical and mechanical resistance, making it ideal for hospitals, industrial facilities, and commercial flooring.

Application & Installation Instructions
Surface Preparation
1- Clean the surface using a stiff brush or vacuum cleaner before application.
2- Any slopes or irregularities must be leveled before coating begins.
3- The surface must be level, dry, and free from dust and cracks to ensure optimal adhesion.
Mixing Components
1- Mix using a low-speed mixer (300–600 rpm) for 1–2 minutes to ensure uniform distribution of the hardener.
2- Mix component A (resin) with component B (hardener) according to the specified ratios.
3- Stir the mixture along the sides and bottom of the container to ensure complete blending.
Application
1- Rubber rollers or final coatings should be applied within one hour to avoid adhesive drying.
2- Apply using a V-notch trowel at 2 mm thickness to distribute the coating evenly.
3- Use a rubber roller after application to secure the coating and eliminate air bubbles.
Drying and Curing
1- Full cure achieved after 48 hours.
2- Light foot traffic allowed after 6 hours.
Tool and Equipment Cleaning
Tools should be cleaned with EPOXY SOLVENT 2 immediately after use to prevent hardening.
Storage and Shelf Life
1- Store in tightly closed containers for up to 12 months.
2- Keep in dry areas at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C, away from direct sunlight.
