Hoppec Glue 3001
Hoppec Glue 3001 is a two-component, solvent-free polyurethane adhesive, specially designed for the effective installation of artificial grass rolls. It provides high bonding strength, excellent weather resistance, and non-shrinking properties, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use on various surfaces such as asphalt, concrete, and mosaic.

Application & Installation Instructions
Surface Preparation
1- Mix Component A (resin) with Component B (hardener) in a specified ratio.
2- A slow-speed mixer (300-600 rpm) is recommended to ensure even distribution of the hardener within the mixture.
3- Spread the mixture using a V-notch trowel at a thickness of 2 mm directly under each roll right after mixing to avoid exceeding the pot-life.
4- The rolls must be pressed with a heavy roller within one hour of adhesive application to ensure optimal adhesion.
5- Light pedestrian traffic is allowed after 6 hours; full curing occurs after two days.
Tool & Equipment Cleaning
Tools must be cleaned using polyurethane solvent immediately after use to prevent the adhesive from hardening.
Storage & Shelf Life
1- Keep in tightly sealed containers for up to 12 months.
2- Store in dry places at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C away from direct sunlight.

1- Do not dispose of the material in water or soil. Dispose of in accordance with local environmental regulations.
2- For Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), contact the company.
3- Application must be done in well-ventilated areas while wearing protective gloves.
4- Avoid contact with skin or eyes. In case of contact, wash thoroughly with water and soap.
