Hoppec Coat 1007
Hoppec Coat 1007 is a low-viscosity, two-component polyurethane coating specially designed to be applied as a base spray layer in running track and sports field systems. It offers superior adhesion to EPDM granules, making it ideal for the professional on-site construction of sports tracks.

Application and Installation Instructions
Surface Preparation
1- The surface must be level, dry, completely clean, and free from cracks and dust to ensure ideal adhesion.
2- Clean the surface using a stiff brush before application.
3- Any slopes or irregularities should be leveled before starting the coating process.
Application Steps
1- Mix component A (resin) with component B (hardener) according to specified ratios.
2- Mix with a low-speed mixer (300-600 rpm) for 1-2 minutes to ensure even distribution of the hardener.
3- Apply the mixture using a serrated trowel or flat spatula under pressure for uniform coverage.
4- Recoating is possible within 48 hours of the first application without priming, provided the surface is clean and dry.
Tool and Equipment Cleaning
Tools should be cleaned with polyurethane solvent immediately after use to prevent hardening of the material.
Storage and Shelf Life
1- Store in tightly sealed containers for up to 12 months.
2- Keep in dry areas at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C away from direct sunlight.
