Hoppec EP Coat 201
Hoppec EP Coat 201 is a two-component, epoxy-based, dust-resistant, reinforced floor coating.
Applications
1- Ideal for industrial floors, screeds, mosaics, cement surfaces, workshops, and storage areas, as well as light to medium traffic areas.
2- Creates colorful, easy-to-clean floors.
3- Offers high mechanical resistance and chemical protection against acids, alkalis, oils, and greases.
4- Preserves and hardens old porous cement surfaces by deeply penetrating them.
5- Enhances the durability of both new and old floors by removing dust and decay.
6- Can be easily repaired locally if needed.

Application & Installation Instructions
Mixing Ratios
Mix 15–25% of the material with 75–85% rubber granules as needed.
Preparation Steps
1- Spread the mixture using a V-notch trowel on concrete or asphalt surfaces for a uniform finish.
2- The mixture reacts with air moisture to gradually harden.
3- Mix for 3–5 minutes until the binder is evenly distributed.
4- Full curing occurs within 20–48 hours after application.
5- Pour PU 1001 binder into the dry rubber granules inside a clean, dry mechanical mixer.
Surface Preparation
1- Not recommended for application on wet surfaces.
2- A primer layer is recommended before installation to ensure even distribution and strong bonding.
3- Surface must be dry, clean, and free from dust, oil, and grease to ensure proper adhesion.
Tool and Equipment Cleaning
Clean tools using Polyurethane Solvent immediately after work to prevent hardening.
Storage and Shelf Life
1- Store in tightly sealed containers for up to 9 months.
2- Keep in dry places at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C, away from direct sunlight.

1- Avoid contact with skin or eyes. If contact occurs, wash thoroughly with soap and water.
