PU Seal 1006
Hoppec PU Seal 1006 is a two-component, solvent-free, colored polyurethane sealing material specifically designed to protect rubber flooring. This product offers excellent weather resistance, enhances the adhesion strength of rubber surfaces, prevents erosion, and extends the lifespan of rubber coatings.
Applications
1- Applied to enhance rubber flooring’s resistance to UV radiation and surface abrasion.
2- Used to seal the top layer of rubber surfaces, preventing water infiltration and material erosion.
3- Provides either a transparent or colored finish, depending on design and functional requirements.
4- Ideal for protecting rubber flooring in sports fields, playgrounds, and recreational areas.

Application & Installation Instructions
Surface Preparation
1- Any slopes or uneven areas must be leveled prior to application.
2- Clean the surface using a stiff brush before application.
3- Surface must be dry, clean, level, and free of cracks and dust to ensure optimal adhesion.
Application Steps
1- Mix Component A (resin) with Component B (hardener) according to specified ratios.
2- Use a slow-speed mixer to achieve uniform component distribution.
3- Allow each layer to dry before applying the next to ensure strong adhesion.
4- Apply using a paint roller or soft brush to ensure even coverage.
5- Let the surface dry completely for 24 hours before heavy traffic exposure.
6- Shake the container well to ensure no sediment is left at the bottom.
Tool Cleaning & Maintenance
Tool & Equipment Cleaning
Clean tools using Polyurethane Solvent immediately after use to prevent hardening.
Storage & Shelf Life
1- Keep in dry areas at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C, away from direct sunlight.
2- Store in tightly sealed containers for up to 12 months.

1- Do not dispose of the material in water or soil—follow local environmental regulations.
2- For a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), contact the manufacturer.
3- Avoid contact with skin or eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with soap and water.
