Hoppec Level 4001
Hoppec Level 4001 is a solvent-free, two-component, self-leveling polyurethane coating specially designed to create flexible and abrasion-resistant sports flooring. It offers high mechanical and chemical protection and enhances athletic performance through flexibility and efficient shock absorption.
Applications
1- Applied in the construction of tennis, basketball, handball, volleyball courts, and multi-purpose indoor gyms.
2- Suitable for installation over shock pad rolls or SBR base layers bonded with PU binder.
3- Functions as a base layer within multi-layer polyurethane sports flooring systems, prior to the final topcoat application.
4- Used on pre-prepared underlayers as part of sports flooring installations.

Application & Installation Instructions
Surface Preparation
1- Any pores should be filled using an Elastic Pore Sealer to prevent surface defects.
2- Clean the surface using a stiff brush before application.
3- Surface must be flat, dry, completely clean, and free of cracks and dust to ensure strong adhesion.
Application Steps
1- Apply using a 5.5 mm V-notched trowel to ensure even spreading.
2- Blend using a slow-speed mixer (300–600 rpm) for 1–2 minutes to ensure uniform distribution of the hardener.
3- Mix Component A (resin) with Component B (hardener) as per the specified ratios.
4- Apply the final top coat on the following day, depending on the ambient temperature.
5- Use a spiked roller over the surface to eliminate air bubbles.
Tool & Equipment Cleaning
Clean tools using Polyurethane Solvent immediately after use to prevent hardening.
Storage & Shelf Life
1- Store in tightly sealed containers for up to 12 months.
2- Keep in dry areas at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C, away from direct sunlight.

1- Do not dispose of the material in water or soil, follow local environmental regulations.
2- For a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), contact the manufacturer.
3- Avoid contact with skin or eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with soap and water.
