Hoppec PU Primer 110
Hoppec PU Primer 110 is a single-component, transparent polyurethane primer designed to improve adhesion to various flooring types. It enhances durability, offers UV protection, and strengthens both new and old surfaces, making it ideal for industrial floors and waterproof layers for rubber flooring.
Applications
1- Applied as a sealing and protective top layer over seamless rubber flooring systems.
2- Used in industrial environments such as factories, workshops, and storage facilities.
3- Suitable for flooring surfaces exposed to high mechanical stress and chemical exposure.
4- Functions as a primer layer before the installation of rubber, concrete, or mosaic flooring.

Application Instructions
Surface Preparation:
1- Clean the surface using a stiff brush before application.
2- Any irregularities or slopes must be leveled before applying the primer.
3- The surface must be level, dry, and completely clean, free of dust and cracks for optimal adhesion.
Application Steps:
1- Apply the second coat diluted by 25% for ideal coverage.
2- For deeper penetration on smooth surfaces, dilute the first coat with 50% polyurethane solvent.
3- The final coat should be applied undiluted for complete saturation and a durable layer.
4- Each coat must dry for 6 – 12 hours before applying the next one, but do not exceed 24 hours between coats.
5- Apply the primer using a paint roller in two coats.
Tool & Equipment Cleaning
Clean tools with polyurethane solvent immediately after use to avoid hardening.
Storage & Shelf Life
1- Store in tightly sealed containers for up to 12 months.
2- Keep in dry areas at 5°C to 30°C, away from direct sunlight.

1- Avoid contact with skin or eyes. In case of contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water.
2- Do not dispose of it in water or soil; follow local environmental regulations for proper disposal.
