Hoppec PU 1001
Hoppec PU 1001 is a single-component, moisture-curing polyurethane binder based on diphenylmethane diisocyanate. Solvent-free and highly effective, it offers excellent adhesion to all types of rubber granules, ensuring superior tensile strength and long-lasting durability.

Application Instructions
Mixing Ratio:
Mix 15–25% of the binder with 75–85% of rubber granules, depending on the requirement.
Preparation Steps:
1- Mix for 3–5 minutes until the binder is evenly distributed.
2- Full curing occurs within 20–48 hours of application.
3- The mixture reacts with air moisture to gradually harden the surface.
4- Spread the mixture using a V-notch trowel on concrete or asphalt surfaces for a uniform finish.
5- Add PU 1001 binder to dry rubber granules in a clean, dry mechanical mixer.
Surface Preparation:
1- The surface must be dry, clean, and free from dust, oil, or grease to ensure optimal adhesion.
2- Do not apply on wet surfaces.
3- Primer application is recommended before installation for even distribution and strong adhesion.
Tool & Equipment Cleaning
Clean tools using polyurethane solvent immediately after use to prevent hardening.
Storage & Shelf Life
1- Keep in dry areas at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C, away from direct sunlight.
2- Store in tightly sealed containers for up to 9 months.
